In everything Ryan Roulette does, there are two constant elements: his devotion to service and to his family. Ryan went from being enlisted in the Air Force right out of high school to rising in the ranks as an Officer, and is now the ONLY Air Force officer professionally racing in NASCAR’s ARCA series.
Living by his core values of Duty, Honor, and Excellence, Ryan has found success on and off the track.
Ryan’s devotion to his family and community, the veteran community, are a large part of his life. Giving back to those who served before him, and to those who will carry the torch after his time is done. He has been blessed with the opportunity to perform at the highest levels of racing, and thus veterans giving back to veterans is how he pays it forward.. Guns Up, Let’s Do This (GULDT)!

Tianna Roulette
Tianna has been the sales industry since the early 2000’s. She’s a mother to a handsome little boy, three fur babies, and is a proud military spouse. Tianna is passionate about helping people and will put that passion towards helping you reach your goals as a trusted partner of Ryan Roulette Racing. When Tianna is not working diligently to support Ryan Roulette Racing, she found her calling as a Real Estate Agent. She took her 20+ years of sales experience, 10+ years of property management experience, and converted all her talent into the Real Estate industry. She also serves as the Chair of the Social Committee of the MBOR.
The Crew
Its Takes An Army
The Crew is made of up those who have been in the industry for years, and those who are slowly making their way up the ladder of professional motorsports. Our Crew Chief, Jeremy Petty, is a Driver himself with his first ARCA race back in 2005, and has also raced in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the NASCAR Nationwide Series. His last race season on the national level was in 2012 and he still races today in a Dirt Late Model. Jeremy and Ryan first linked up at Bristol Motor Speedway in 2023 and look forward to continuing to work together in 2024. The pit crew is made up of students from UNOH, as well as, full time members at Fast Track Racing. Notably, we have 3 crew member who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Two of them were Marines, and one of them was in the Army. We are proud to have them as a part of our organization!
